This oil is naturally full of essential fatty acids including Vit. F and one of the only oils to contain Retinoic acid otherwise known as Retinol A.
When Retinol A is extracted and reproduced in labs it is added to anti wrinkle cream because it irritates the skin and causes it to swell. This reduces the appearance of fine lines. Once the user stops applying the cream the skin goes back. Over the longer term this can add years to the overall appearance of the skin.
In the natural state rose hip seed oil is good for oily, mature, sensitive skin, problematic and skin with large pores. It is one of the best oil sources of Omega 3 and a good source of Omega 6. Rose hip seed oil helps to reduce the size of the pores, it's natural content of Vitamin A is also very helpful for all kinds of skin infections such as acne, pimples and boils. It is also useful to moisturize and feed the skin helping mature skin look and feel younger.
Rose hip seed oil has a short surface time on the skin, absorbing quickly and without leaving an oily residue.
It truly is a very good face oil.

We have been making Smooth Skin herbal cream for over 10 years now for thousands of eczema sufferers. It doesn't work on everyone but we sell more and more every year. One of the problem with eczema is the diversity of the description of the ailment. I have seen more than one diagnosed case of eczema that looks different than the other. It dose come in stages and in different degrees of severity.
This makes treatment tough and determining the cause even tougher. We do recommend going to see your doctor for treatment. If this doesn't satisfy your needs then try some of our herbal products.
Some of the causes can be
high stress level
allergy to foods ( ie: dairy, gluten, or?)
excessive hand washing with strong soaps
There is growing evidence to support the longstanding theory that eczema is caused by a genetic defect in the epidermis (the outermost layer of skin), permitting environmental irritants, microbes and allergens to penetrate and eliciting inflammatory responses. One of the key solutions is to cut out the irritants and or allergens.
One of the 1st steps is to remove detergents and sodium lauryl sulfates (S.L.S) from the list of products used on the skin

scents men love
When it comes to scents, men seem to enjoy more musky, sweet and slightly spicy smells. Never too strong or over powering. Nine years ago we created Mojo Magic, a scent men really gravitate to. At first our customers laughed at the name and bought it for the humour factor, soon after they were buying it because it got his (and her) MOJO going. A blend of Lavender and Lime with a hint of Patchouli and Bay. Get his MOJO going.
The MOJO scent can be found in a pure essential oil blend, Luffah soap, Massage oil and Massage bar.
It can also be found in the mens aftershave, and Solstice Breeze lotion, try our votive Soy Wax Candles as well.
Aphrodite's goddess glow
If Aphrodite the goddess of love wanted to create a scent, she would gather some of the most sensuous flowers she could find. She would then squeeze the essence from the flowers to produce a scent that would be worthy of the goddess of love.
Our store carries over 90 pure essential oils, from these oils we have chosen a few to create a blend called Aphrodite Goddess scent. We have taken Jasmine and Ylang Ylang and balanced them with a hint of Bergamot to create an aroma to evoke an aphrodisiac response. It has been so popular that we created a entire line around this blend.
Aphrodite Herbal Hydration Lotion
A light, fast absorbing moisturizer that is made with the nourishing oil of Hemp. Hemp oil is one of the few oils to contain all the omega acids. This makes it a natural choice for feeding the skin to keep it elastic and smooth. We use Grapefruit Seed extract as the natural preservative.

Why perfumes are toxic
In ancient times perfumes were created by extracting oils from flowers and herbs. Somewhere in the late eighteen hundreds it was discovered that chemicals could be used to create perfumes. Cheaper faster and more stable a single perfume would have approx. 90 chemicals, now to create a scent it's more like 1000.
According to the US National Academy of Sciences, 95 per cent of chemicals used in fragrances are derived from petrochemicals.
It is no wonder that so many people can not walk by a department store cosmetic counter, with out getting a headache and or nausea. These compounds are found in everything from Fabreez, laundry soap, reed diffusers, candles and food products.
December 2009, Chek 6 reported a news story. A Victorian resident had purchased a reed diffuser from a large department store. She decided she didn't like the scent, poured it down the drain and went to bed. The next day her drain pipe had melted and was destroyed from the liquid. Even reed diffusers that are made with essential oils contain 80% perfume oils because essential oils are two thick to go up the reed.
Fragrance oils contain parabans, phthalates acetone, ethanol, toluene, methylene chloride, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, formaldehyde, limonene, linalool, g-terpinene, beta-phenethyl, musk amberette, musk xylene, musk keytone and other synthetic compounds that green beauty experts decry as harmful to our bodies and the water cycle they are washed into.
Researchers at Edinburgh University suggested in August that pregnant women exposed to certain chemicals found in perfume could be passing on fertility problems to their unborn sons. In response, the Cosmetics, Toiletry and Perfume Association reassured nervous mums-to-be that there is a legal obligation to ensure that products are safe
These are the same toxic chemicals that are on the hazardous waste lists of the EPA (Environmental Protective Agency), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act. In 1992, the US Food and Drug Administration did chemical analyses on a number of products. The report is called, "Polar Organic Compounds in Fragrances of Consumer Products". Of the fragrances tested in this analyses, Giorgio cologne for men, Giorgio perfume, and Chantilly spray mist contained ninety percent of the chemicals listed in the EPA's hazardous waste list.
